At EthnixThread, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 working days from the date of receiving your order.

• The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all brand tags intact.
• Returns will only be accepted after a thorough quality check upon receiving the parcel.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for return.
  

• As we currently do not offer a pick-up facility, customers are requested to self-ship the return parcel to our provided return address.
• Please ensure the parcel is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be initiated within 5 working days.
• The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• In case of any issues with the returned product (damaged or tag removed), the refund may be declined and the product will be sent back.
