At EthnixThread, we want your beautiful ethnic wear to reach you safely and swiftly. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders across India.

Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully inspected and packed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

We ship all orders via Shiprocket, partnering with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC to ensure reliable delivery across India.

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during festive seasons, sale periods, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499
• A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹1,499

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order directly on the Shiprocket tracking portal.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@ethnixthread.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will resolve the issue promptly.
